Jenny Ridge boasts a beautiful backdrop for any event need.
With several packages to choose from,
we can accommodate a variety of events.
Our venue is 5,140 square feet of temperature controlled space.
We offer a Reception Hall, Dance Hall (with a 12 ft service bar),
and a spacious Bridal Suite (with 3 styling stations).
Equip with a spacious prep kitchen & large handicap accessible restrooms (with baby-changing stations).
Rental Packages
TWO Day Package
$2,800 (plus tax)
This package includes the reservation
of the entire venue for 2 full days from 9am to 10pm.
Includes full use of all indoor/outdoor areas, tables, chairs, kitchen,
and all other amenities.
*$250 refundable security deposit required upon booking.
Initial deposit of $500 (non-refundable).
The $500 deposit is required upon booking & will go towards payment of the overall balance.
*One additional FREE hour is allotted AFTER EVENT for cleanup.

ONE Day Package
$1,500 (plus tax)
This package includes the reservation
of the entire venue from 9am to 10pm.
Includes full use of all indoor/outdoor areas, tables, chairs, kitchen,
and all other amenities.
*The option for an additional two hours for setup the day before is subject to availability.
*$250 refundable security deposit required upon booking.
Initial deposit of $500 (non-refundable).
The $500 deposit is required upon booking & will go towards payment of the overall balance.
*One additional FREE hour is allotted AFTER EVENT for cleanup.

Hourly Rate
$125 per hour (plus tax)
Must be booked for a MINIMUM of 4 hours.
This package includes the reservation of the entire venue,
for a MINIMUM of 4 hours.
Includes full use of all indoor/outdoor areas, tables, chairs, kitchen,
and all other amenities.
*$250 refundable security deposit required upon booking.
This package must be PAID-IN-FULL upon booking.
When considering the Hourly Rate, please take into careful considerations
how much time you will need to set-up & cleanup after your event.
This package is strictly by-the-hour.
There will be no additional time given for setting up the day before or the day-of the event, unless that time has been purchased.
*One additional FREE hour is allotted AFTER EVENT for cleanup.

All Events
*Renters must sign an event contract and provide both the security deposit and down-payment
upon booking (and/or pay-in-full, depending on package). Event date is secured upon meeting these criteria.
*All events are to conclude BY 10pm.
*ALL music, DJ's, band's, etc are to be concluded BY 9:45pm.
*One additional FREE hour is allotted AFTER EVENT for cleanup.
*Setup of tables/chairs is included for your convenience.
*Linens are available for rent (white only $20 each).
*Full or partial security deposits will be refunded after inspection of the grounds.
*Beer, wine & champagne are permitted.
*Must supply your own ice.
NOT PERMITTED
*Liquor and beer kegs are NOT permitted.
*The use of loose glitter, confetti, etc are NOT permitted.
*Tents and other affixed items/structures, fires, grills, etc are NOT permitted.
*The use of tape, staples, tacks, nails, Command Strips, etc are NOT permitted for use of decorating walls/floors.

Full prep kitchen with microwave,
commercial sink,
commercial 5' cooler,
chest freezer for ice,
range with double oven,
and food prep tables.

Complete with 3 styling stations,
a cafe table, chairs, sofa,
bathroom, outdoor patio
and private entrance.
